Stay Positive

Think about all the other things you have time for! Just because we have to keep our physical distance to help prevent the virus from spreading, doesn't mean can't maintain and build relationships in other ways. "Social" media is a great way to stay connected with family, friends and teammates. You can even go "old school" and write a letter. You can use live video to reach out to people and even do collaborative projects, work outs and challenges.
